I love yoga because it’s a place free of judgement where you can truly be in tune with your body. It’s also taught me to quiet my mind, which isn’t easy.
I recently found out I have food allergies which explains all the stomach aches I used to get as a child. Sometimes, it was so bad my family would have to leave the restaurant in the middle of a meal because I was doubled over crying holding my tummy. You need to take care of your body. It’s the only place you have to live. Healthy eating is not about dieting or starving yourself. It’s changing your mindset and life style to create a healthier happier you! It’s not the number on the scale or what society deems “beautiful”. Down with the word diet!
I’m scared of spiders and I’m terrible at math. I make up words to songs and I’m allergic to spinach.
