Working Out

gymI’ve decided to start working out on a regular basis. I want to make an effort to be healthier and it also helps to clear my mind. So far my exercise routine consists of running, doing some ab work and on the odd occasion, racquetball. If you follow me on instagram (@step_onmyknee) I post pictures similar to this every time I go to the gym.
