I haven’t been feeling very well today. I may have had too much cake and candy yesterday. Whenever I’m feeling sick I live on ginger and mint tea.

Ginger has wonderful benefits besides helping with upset stomachs:

Reduces Motion Sickness

Relieves Pain

Fights Against Colds

Improves Immune System

Reduces Menstrual Cramps

Reduces Morning Sickness

Reduces Migraine Pain

Reduces Stress 

Mint helps with a lot of things as well: 

Digestion

Nausea

 Headaches

Asthma

Depression

Fatigue

Allergies
