White Wedding

Sorry I haven’t blogged in a few weeks but I have a valid reason. I got married! Even though we only did something with just the two of us there was still a lot to do! It was ten degrees and snowing but layering under a wedding dress isn’t the easiest thing. I managed to find some thick tights and after the ceremony I wore my Uggs for our photos outside.Because we didn’t have a huge wedding I was able to focus more on the details: I hand made the boutonniere and my bouquet. I also bought my dress from a department store but having it altered made all the difference.

I wouldn’t have been able to do it without my amazing photographer. She did so much more than take pictures. She was a source of comfort and advice and could always make my husband and me laugh.

I’ll leave you with a few snapshots of our special day.

My heart headband which I already owned. It went perfectly with my flowers and red shoes. 27935_10151224640449121_1309294954_n
